The Truth Will Always Out: NATO Closes Eyes and Ears to Testimony of Douma Witnesses

Today, witnesses and participants of the alleged chemical attack in Douma spoke at the OPCW's headquarters in The Hague. Among them were doctors, local residents, and even children who took part in the provocation orchestrated by the militants and the White Helmets.
Anastasiya Popova is reporting from The Hague on the witnesses' testimonies and the OPCW's reaction to it.
Hasan Diab, an 11-year-old boy, arrived with his parents and sister. The Western media turned him into a symbol of the Syrian people's suffering based on a fake video produced by the White Helmets' provocateurs. In this video, he is scared and soaked, the victim of a staged chemical attack. Tired from the long road, the children were seated for a hearty meal. They had yet to talk about how they became involved in a deception of global proportions.
Rava Al-Kasyr, Hassan's mother: "They seized the children and started pouring water on them. I'm afraid of shootings and explosions, and as soon as there is an attack, I grab the children and run to the hospital; it's safer there. When we were in the hospital last time, someone was recording a video. I don't know who it was, but we're alright".
Omar Diab: "I don't know anything about any chemical weapon. I arrived to tell people that everything is fine with my wife and children. We are completely safe".
Apart from Hassan's family, the doctors, who worked in Douma, were also invited to The Hague. They are ready to tell the OPCW representatives what they witnessed.
Anastasia Popova, reporter: "Russian diplomats worked hard to bring 17 people from Douma to the OPCW. All of the OPCW member countries had the opportunity to hear the truth from the witnesses. However, only a few accepted this challenge".
The Director-General of the OPCW wasn't enthusiastic about this idea. Canada's representative assumed that this would hamper the work of the OPCW's experts in Syria. All of the NATO countries and their allies refrained from taking part in this meeting.
Peter Wilson, the UK Representative: "The OPCW is not a theatre; Russia’s decision to misuse it is yet another attempt to undermine the OPCW’s work by exposing the victims of the chemical attack as actors. This is unacceptable".
Alexander Shulgin, Russia's Representative: "There were neither representatives of the United States, France, Britain nor any representatives from EU and NATO countries, nor any Asian allies of the United States. They didn't dare to attend this meeting and hear the truth. They are afraid of facing the truth. They are afraid of looking into Hassan's eyes".
Despite the boycott by Western delegations, a lot of journalists gathered at the meeting. We even had to rent a separate room for press conferences. Russian diplomats presented live witnesses to everyone and were able to completely expose the chemical attack provocation.
Hassan Diab: "We heard someone screaming in the street that we had to run to the hospital. I was so scared. In the hospital, they started pouring water on me; I do not know why they did it".
Alexander Shulgin, Russia's Representative: "We can prove that the White Helmets' video is a crude mockery".
Therefore, it makes completely no sense when our Western partners (as we call them) treat this video as evidence of a chemical attack. It is becoming difficult for our Western partners to deny facts, keep silent, or habitually tell lies.
