Yi-Ping Yang

The winner of many international competitions, among which are First Prize, Audience Prize and the Prize of the best Interpretation of Luxembourg’s Composer at International Percussion Competition in Luxembourg; First Prize, Audience Prize and Prize of the best interpretation for creation command at the International Timpani Competition in Lyon; First Prize, Audience Prize and Prize of the young juries at the TROMP International Music Competition in Eindhoven. Yi-Ping gives regular recital in France as well as abroad: China, Canada, Croatie, Germany, Greece, Holland, Italy, Korea, Mexico, Poland, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey and USA. She participates in the theatre creations as a composer, musician and actor. Guest professor of the Shanghai Conservatory of Music and a lecturer in Conservatoire à Rayonnement Régional de Lyon since 2012. Member of the jury of the XVI International Television Contest for Young Musicians 'The Nutcracker', discipline ‘Wind and Percussion Instruments’.
