Justas Dvarionas
Биография
A graduate of the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory (classes of professors L. N. Vlasenko and M. P. Pletnev), at the age of eleven he represented his country at the "Virtuosi per Musica di Pianoforte" International Piano Competition in Czechoslovakia. He is also a laureate of many other important international music competitions.
Nowadays Justas Dvarionas teaches at the Vytautas Magnus University Music Academy and at the M.K. Čiurlionis High School for the Arts. Also he is Vice-President of EMCY (European Music Competitions for Youth).
Justas Dvarionas is very active in international cultural and musical life. His latest engagements include concerts, master classes and jury activities in Europe, Asia, North and South America.
Member of the jury of the International Television Contest for Young Musicians 'The Nutcracker', discipline ‘Piano’.
