PIANO

JUSTAS DVARIONAS (Lithuania) graduated from the P.I. Tchaikovsky Moscow State Conservatory (with Lev Vlasenko and Mikhail Pletnev). At the age of eleven he represented his country at the Virtuosi per Musica di Pianoforte International Piano Competition in Czechoslovakia. He is also a laureate of many other significant international music competitions.

Nowadays Justas Dvarionas teaches at the Music Academy of Vytautas Magnus University, at M.K. Ciurlionis High School for the Arts in Lithuania and at Purcell school in the UK.

Besides Justas Dvarionas is the Vise-President of EMCY (European Music Competitions for Youth). He takes active part in international cultural and musical life. His latest engagements include concerts, master-classes and jury activities in Europe, Asia, North and South America.
