For the first time in four years, a North Korean delegation has come to South Korea. It was sent there to inspect the stages for the North Korean entertainers and led by Kim Jong Un's favorite singer Hyon Song-wol.

The Seoul press calls her one of the most influential women in the DPRK. She's going to spend two days in South Korea. The delegation of 7 people will inspect all stages where the North Korean entertainers will perform.

Previously, Pyongyang and Seoul set course for a thaw in relations. They decided that athletes from both Koreas are going to march under a single flag during the opening ceremony in PyeongChang.
