Ramzan Kadyrov Creates A "Dream Village" For Chechen Poor

Today, the capital of the Chechen Republic celebrates its 199th anniversary. The program of the anniversary includes a festive concert, a car rally, a sports show, and much more.

The day before, Deputy Prime Minister, Alexander Khloponin, visited construction sites of Chechen public amenities.

 

Together with the Head of the Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, he visited the village of Oyskhara. 50 new homes for low-income families have already been finished there.

All come with furniture and ready for moving in. The money was allocated by the Kadyrov Foundation.

In addition, the construction of a sports complex with a swimming pool and training halls, a hospital, a Palace of Culture, and a mosque have been completed.
