Today in Ukraine, the court delivered a verdict on the case of the organization of the Odessa Khatyn. 19 people are accused. There are five main figures in the case. All of them are Anti-Maidan activist, who miraculously survived in the fiery hell of the House of Trade Unions.

They spent 3.5 years in prison but weren’t broken. And here is the result: they were declared not guilty. However, two of them were immediately presented new accusations and arrested again. Meanwhile, on the street, real battles were taking place.

The Banderist decided to take the court by storm and crack down on those they didn’t kill on May 2. Alexander Balitsky will tell more. Yevgeny, were you arrested again? Yes, the detention is taking place now illegally under article 119.

Yevgeny Mefyodov had only two minutes between being declared not guilty and arrested again. But, the judge of Chernomorsk, that’s how Illichyovsk of Odessa is called now, has read out the verdict to him and another 18 defenders of the Kulikovo Field.

All of them must be immediately released right in the courtroom. The Maidan investigation fell to pieces. And the testimony of the main witness, the Neo-Banderists Posmichenko, is ridiculous. The quote of the judge: "Being under the influence of the investigation, Posmichenko could slander the defendants."

Turns out, the prosecutors gave him such photos for identification so that there was no choice. Out of four pictures, two are of the Hollywood stars, and the third one is of the football player Beckham. He pointed without options to Sergei Dolzhenkov, whom the investigator appointed the organizer of the riots. Moreover, and this is also from today's court decision, on the video, which was presented as the evidence of guilt, it’s impossible to distinguish the faces, and forensic and ballistic inspections were carried out with violation.

That’s what the relatives of the defendants have been talking about for 3.5 years. The charges that were presented were simply absurd. It was clear to everyone, except for the courts that used to be in charge of the cases. And, finally, we found the court that said that the charges were unfounded.

The father of Yevgeny Mefyodov, the very same Russian who really was at the House of Trade Unions, but was bringing water and food to the protesters, and after saving people from the burning building, learned about the news of the innocence of his son exactly the very minute that applause was heard in the hall. But he didn’t have illusions from the very beginning.

A new article will be found right away, and the nationalists will help. The day before, they called for mobilization. But the National Guard of Ukraine surrounded the courthouse. Glory to Ukraine! The Maidan militants acted the same way on May 2 on Kulikovo Field and in the House of Trade Unions.

48 of the dead suffocated in the smoke, burnt in the fire or were killed when trying to escape. The names of the organizers of this massacre are known. But the defenders of the Kulikovo Field and those law enforcement officers that still tried to take control of the situation were accused of riots.

Colonel Fuchedzhy is still sure that it was possible not to let the militants' brigade come close to the House of Trade Unions. But it coincided that all the three hours, when fighting was already going on in the city, the whole command spent at a meeting with the governor with their phones switched off by his order. We were locked there, so that we didn’t know what was happening in the city. We found ourselves in chaos, we went out and found ourselves in chaos, we weren’t ready for the situation.

The investigation into the May 2nd case raises more and more questions abroad. The head of the UN monitoring mission in Ukraine even said the other day that in three years there had been no progress. But there is no doubt that an order has already been sent from Kiev to Odessa. We clearly understand that these actions by the acting authorities are aimed at keeping Yevgeny Mefyodov in prison for as long as possible without any grounds.

At this time, the Russian consul can’t even approach the arrested. He is held back by nationalists. Don’t talk to the court. You’re an occupant. You’re killing our people. Don’t talk to our judges.

Until today, Yevgeny Mefyodov could spend up to 10 years in prison, but the new article provides for up to life sentence. Yes, and Maxim Sakauov, who was released in the courtroom, and was only guilty of holding a Russian passport, already received threats from Ukrainian nationalists to expect troubles leaving Odessa. Alexander Balitsky, Anatoly Nefyodov, Victoria Golovkina and Elgiz Khakimov, Vesti.
